Not every high schooler enjoys the normal trick-or-treating and some are just too “grown-up” to dress up and walk house to house for candy. Luckily, there are different things to do during the holiday season!


  1. Haunted houses/attractions in Indiana:


  •  Indy Screampark in Anderson
  •  Necropolis in Indianapolis
  •  Haunted Bridge across from White Lick Creek in Avon
  •  Amhurst Asylum Haunted Attraction in Valparaiso
  •  Hanna Haunted Acres in Indianapolis

Homecoming Queen Candidates by Abby Cox

Senior Peighton Noel is nominated for queen for winter homecoming court. Noel’s activities include cheerleading, HOSA, and she is the Editor-in-Chief of The Pulse. Noel’s favorite things include sushi, her best friends, fleetwood mac, and her two dogs. Her love for animals has influenced her to pursue the career of a veterinarian. Noel is being escorted by junior Sam Henderson.

  Senior Taylor Robertson has been nominated for winter homecoming queen. Robertson’s activities include cheerleading, Key Club, Best Buddies, and will soon start unified track. Robertson’s favorite things include mac and cheese, the color yellow, her dogs, music, hair and makeup, and the artist Russ.
