Mooresville Football Game Promotes Veterans Recognition on September

The staff and students of Mooresville High School will recognize veterans in the community during the Friday, September 7th home football against Greenwood High School.
All local veterans are encouraged to attend to be recognized during half time of the varsity football game. The school and athletic department would like recognize and thank all local veterans for their service to our country.
If you know of any veterans in our community, please share this information with them and let them know they are welcome to attend the home football game on Saturday September 7th to be recognized and honored at half time. There will be a sign in sheet at the main entrance for each stadium for each veteran once they entered the stadium.
We also will be hosting Newby Elementary night during the September 7th home game. We will be recognizing students from Newby for academic achievements before the game. The Junior Football League cheerleaders will perform at half time before the veterans in attendance are recognized as well. Hope to see you in attendance in your BLUE & GOLD on Friday September 7th.
